An Invitation from the DirectorI am delighted to invite you to Fordham Law School’s 18th Annual Conference on Intellectual Property Law & Policy. The Conference will be held at Fordham Law School in New York City, April 8th and 9th, 2010. As in years past, we have a spectacular line-up of faculty – the leading judges, government officials, lawyers and academics from around the world. The Annual Conference on Intellectual Property Law & Policy was created in 1993 to convene leading officials, judges, scholars, and lawyers from around the world to discuss IP issues in a unique, freewheeling environment. The 2008 Conference included over 140 speakers, as well as almost 400 attendees from more than 30 countries.
Our motto is “Learn, Debate, Have Fun.” You will not only be exposed to the latest, cutting-edge discussion concerning IP, but will also be able to join in the discussion and feel the excitement. In addition, you’ll meet new people, many of whom you may want to do business with. Even though the debate is intense, the setting is relaxed – you’ll have plenty of time to mingle. Because the faculty tends to stay for the entire conference, you will have numerous chances to meet them at lunch, breaks, or over drinks at our two receptions. We invite you to explore this website where you can find out all the details about transportation and housing, and review the program and speakers. If you have any questions, please contact me or Sandra Sherman, ssherman@law.fordham.edu. All the best, Hugh C. Hansen Continue to the rest of the site. |
