Welcome to the
Fordham IP Institute
The Intellectual Property Law Institute coordinates the Law School’s existing IP programs, and provides expertise to develop new initiatives. It fosters progress towards identifying and resolving issues of major concern to the IP community, and permits policy-makers to formulate integrated, rational approaches to such concerns. In particular, it is a forum for assessing developments that could seriously affect the international IP regime. No academic effort anywhere in New York City contributes so extensively to the global discussion of IP.
We invite you to participate in the Institute’s events, which are held throughout the year. In particular, we invite you to join us at the 18th Annual Intellectual Property Law & Policy Conference, to be held in New York City, on April 8th and 9th, 2010 IP Conference.
Next series of events: A lecture series by Prof. Hugh C. Hansen, exclusively for sponsors of the IP Conference, on "A Legal Realist Approach to IP Law." See the Events page for further details!
